The 125-gallon tank, equipped with an explosion-proof vaporizer, is refilled on-site by licensed operators, eliminating the need for cylinder handling.
Built to NFPA standards and the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code, the system reduces gas leak risks and operational incidents.
The DoE urges food outlets without underground or centralized LPG connections to adopt the system.
