The selection followed an extensive evaluation involving 32 government entities, more than 100 interviews and 10 independent global leadership evaluators. The award focuses on empowering and developing second-tier leaders within Dubai’s government institutions.
The recipient’s identity will be revealed and the honour presented at the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Forum 2026 on September 23.
