The inaugural Riyadh–Peshawar flight landed at Bacha Khan International Airport on August 25, where officials from the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), Airport Security Force (ASF), and Menzies RAS welcomed the aircraft with a ceremony and cake-cutting.
Flyadeal will now operate two weekly flights on the Riyadh–Peshawar route every Monday and Wednesday.
In addition, the inaugural Riyadh–Islamabad service began a day earlier, greeted with a traditional water salute at Islamabad International Airport. The airline will operate weekly flights every Sunday on this route.
Officials stated that the new services will strengthen travel links, boost connectivity, and facilitate the Pakistani diaspora in Saudi Arabia.
