The project took five years and 22 million man-hours, using 31,400 tonnes of steel rebar and 330,000 cubic meters of concrete, including a world record concrete pump height of 605 meters.
The tower houses the Armani Hotel and Residences across 18 floors, 900 other apartments, and corporate offices.
Its advanced infrastructure includes mechanical floors, communication hubs, and a water condensation system providing 15 million gallons annually.
