Spanning over 4.5 million square metres, the project will feature residential towers, villas, mansions, offices, retail, hospitality, cultural spaces, and civic amenities.
Planned as a “20-minute city,” it will include smart mobility systems, green infrastructure, cycling routes, and integrated community services.
The development will be divided into five zones, including business, urban living, family communities, and an exclusive villa enclave, creating a self-sustaining urban district aimed at redefining large-scale city living in Dubai.
