Eligible students aged 6–23 can apply via the nol Pay app with an enrollment certificate, a recent photo, and a valid Emirates ID.
The Silver personalized card costs Dh70, plus Dh25 for ISIC registration. New partnerships expand its use for parking, tuition, and payments.
