The project includes a signalised intersection at the former KHDA roundabout and 2 km of dedicated cycling tracks to promote healthy lifestyles.
Traffic capacity on Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street has increased by 40%, reducing travel time to 4 minutes.
These upgrades are expected to benefit over 80,000 residents by 2030 and improve mobility across key areas.
