Red and Green Line Metro services will operate from 5am on December 31 until 11:59pm on January 1, while the Tram will run from 6am on December 31 to 1am on January 2.
Phased road closures across Downtown Dubai, including Sheikh Zayed Road and Burj Khalifa Street, will begin at 4pm, expanding until 11pm.
Over 5,500 RTA staff, 14,000 taxis, and 1,300 buses will ensure smooth transit and safety.
