Since the start of Ramadan, authorities have impounded 251 vehicles and recorded 524 violations, including 220 for loud noise and 304 for illegal modifications. Major General Saif Muhair Al Mazrouei emphasized strict enforcement under Local Decree No. 30 of 2023, with fines and impoundment fees up to Dh50,000.
Drivers are urged to follow traffic laws and report dangerous behaviour via the Dubai Police app to ensure safer roads and protect residents.
