More than 1,800 people from over 30 nationalities have already signed up through the official online platform using their Emirates ID.
Volunteers will be assigned roles such as event support, photography, bicycle and mounted patrol assistance, and community engagement.
Selected applicants must attend orientation and awareness sessions before deployment.
Volunteers will be stationed at eight major celebration locations, including Downtown Dubai, beaches, Expo City and Festival City, supporting safety, organisation and crowd management during the festivities.
