The app allows users to take photos, capture locations, add notes, and record breaches such as littering, spitting, dumping waste in water, or posting unauthorised ads. Initially targeting eight key violations, Eltizam aims to enhance proactive monitoring, transparency, and civic responsibility.
The initiative supports Dubai’s vision as one of the world’s cleanest cities, ranked first globally for the fifth year by the GPCI. It reflects a commitment to public health, environmental sustainability, and urban beauty.
