Speaking at the World Economic Forum 2026 in Davos, he said AI may replace a large share of routine roles as companies rely more on automation.
Sajwani stressed that nations investing heavily in AI, such as the US, China, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, will move ahead, while others risk being left behind.
He added that delaying AI adoption or over-regulating it could slow economic progress and widen global gaps in growth and innovation.
