If experience is the requirement, how did others gain theirs in the first place?
Experience has to start somewhere. It's discouraging to apply for a position only to be turned away for lacking qualifications, when even the most experienced professionals once started with none.
They only gained that experience because someone gave them the opportunity to grow and develop.
So please, normalise giving people a chance — and see what they're capable of. less
