As someone who goes through hundreds of applications for a single role, I completely understand the urgency and pressure of job hunting. But often, many applications come through that don’t match the requirements at all — and it becomes tough to focus on those who might truly be a great fit.
When you apply without meeting the key criteria, it can unintentionally take time away from reviewing candidates who align with the role — and it may also affect your chances of being noticed for positions you're actually suited for.
