I wanted to share this because I know how frustrating it can feel when you reach out to a recruiter and donโt receive an immediate response.
Every day, and honestly every hour, I receive a very high number of CVs and messages from candidates.
I genuinely appreciate every single person who takes the time to reach out, introduce themselves and share their profile with me.
And whenever I review a CV, I make a note of the candidateโs experience and background.
Sometimes, I simply wonโt get the chance to reply to everyone straight away.
But please know this:
If Iโve seen your CV, Iโve made a note of your experience.
Your profile was not discarded.
And if I come across a role that matches your background, I will absolutely reach out.
Sometimes itโs simply about timing and finding the right fit.
