Job hunting right now is tough. Really tough. In the past few weeks, Iโve applied for role after role. Dozens of applications sent, tailored resumes and cover letters written and yet, Iโve secured a few interviews but no score.

Then itโs the โbetter alignedโ line although itโs the literal job Iโm doing or was just doing. A few just ghost me because what do I really matter after pouring my heart out and showing the ultimate vulnerability to a strangerโฆ
Most applications get no response at all. Others end in an instant auto-decline, without so much as a phone call or a chance to have a conversation about my skills and experience.
Itโs hard not to feel deflated. You start to question yourself, even when you know you have the capability and track record to add real value.
I know Iโm not the only one feeling this. Job seeking in the current market is more competitive than ever, and it can take a real toll on your confidence.
For anyone else in the same boat โ keep going.
