Warsop describes the benefits of a forum to focus on how to progress payments towards a new future. He explained how the industry has a tendency to focus on the 'shiny new toy' and how payments are not forgiving, so execution has to be watertight. He describes the unfortunate reality of how conceptualisation is a lot easier than reality, and payments often runs into the struggles of this realisation - the hard work begins when the conceptual part is down and it's turned into a reality.
