President William Ruto will on Tuesday evening grace an iftar dinner in Nairobi.

The dinner is being hosted by the Eastleigh Business Community at KICC grounds.

Ruto's attendance was confirmed by State House Press Secretary Emmanuel Talam.

CS for Defence Aden Duale, Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja alongside other Muslim leaders are also expected to attend.

This year, Ramadan started on March 23, 2023, and will end on Friday, April 21, 2023, depending on the sighting of the moon.

In Islam, the last 10 days and nights hold even more significance as they are full of even greater rewards and blessings.

These days are a chance for us to reap the benefits of Ramadan and seek salvation before the month comes to an end.
