Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has revealed that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu questioned why Cairo continued to expand its military and purchase weapons, exposing concerns over Egypt's growing defence capabilities despite decades of peace between the two countries.
