Pastebot 3 records everything you copy, making it easy to find and paste content when needed. You can store links, text snippets, and other copied items, then organize them into custom categories called Custom Pastebins.

New Rule-Based Smart Pastebins

Pastebot 3 introduces Smart Pastebins for automatic organization. Create rules that sort clippings by source, type, or content. For example, automatically save every link or image copied from Safari into a dedicated bin.

Privacy and Sync

Add apps to Pastebot's blacklist to prevent sensitive content (e.g., passwords) from being saved. All clippings and filters sync across Macs via iCloud. You can save up to 1,500 clippings.

Universal Clipboard and Automation

Pastebot 3 works with Apple's Universal Clipboard – copy on iPhone, save in Pastebot automatically. Clippings saved in Pastebot can also be pasted on iPhone. Supports Apple Shortcuts and CLI access for automating clipping workflows.
