Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha have reconstituted their department-related parliamentary standing committees for the year, keeping most sitting chairpersons in place while handing a few panels to new names.Congress MP Shashi Tharoor has been reappointed chairperson of the standing committee on external affairs, according to PTI.
