Logitech made an Apple Pencil-like stylus for the Vision Pro, designed to make creating, writing, and navigating Apple’s mixed reality headset feel more natural. Logitech’s new Muse stylus works like a paintbrush, pencil, or pen inside the Vision Pro’s mixed reality apps. Instead of relying only on hand gestures, users can sketch, annotate, and model in 3D space with greater control and comfort. It bridges the gap between digital creation and natural movement, offering a more fluid and tactile experience.
The Muse features real-time haptic feedback, a pressure-sensitive tip for realistic drawing on surfaces, and a force-sensing button that lets artists or designers adjust line thickness mid-air. It’s ideal for professionals working in 3D modeling, digital art, and immersive design.
The Logitech Muse stylus is available for preorder now at $129.95, with shipments beginning October 22nd. That makes it one of the first accessories built specifically for the Vision Pro ecosystem—potentially setting a new standard for third-party input devices in mixed reality.
If the Muse looks familiar, that’s because it closely resembles Logitech’s MX Ink, the stylus the company released for Meta Quest headsets in 2024. Both share a similar design and form factor, but there are key differences.
The MX Ink can be charged using USB-C or a dedicated Inkwell Charging Dock, while the Muse only supports USB-C charging and does not include a dock. Despite that, the Muse still provides the same precise and responsive experience Logitech is known for.
With the launch of the Muse, Logitech is signaling its commitment to supporting Apple’s growing Vision Pro ecosystem. The combination of pressure sensitivity, force control, and haptic feedback could make the Muse a go-to tool for digital artists and designers exploring mixed reality workflows.
