Iraq moves to restore flights to Iran after clerical appeals and public protests

TEHRAN- Baghdad secures a US sanctions exemption allowing up to 40 daily flights to and from Najaf, following appeals from senior Iraqi political and religious figures and demonstrations demanding the restoration of air links between the two neighboring countries.
