The consultant firm will be expected to conduct a global survey with a representative sample size from the EPN members.
The consultant will:
i. Hold an inception meeting with the management to harmonise expectations.
ii. Review the strategic plan document (2021-2025), related reports and the monitoring framework for the strategy including other relevant secondary material required for the evaluation.
