The Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) is an independent State Office established under the Political Parties Act, Cap. 7D (PPA). The core mandate of the office is to register, regulate political parties, and administer the Political Parties Fund.

1. Compliance Officer (Grade 6) – 2 Positions

Job Description:
- Ensure that political parties adhere to the legal and regulatory framework as per the Political Parties Act.
- Conduct compliance checks and audits on political party operations.
- Prepare compliance reports and recommend appropriate action in case of violations.
- Engage political parties in awareness programs on legal and compliance requirements.
- Assist in enforcing disciplinary actions against non-compliant political parties.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of compliance activities.
- Provide support in the formulation and review of compliance policies and procedures.
2. Registration Officer (Grade 6) – 1 Position

Job Description:
- Oversee the registration process of political parties in accordance with legal provisions.
- Verify and process applications for party registration and related activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of registered political parties.

7. Office Assistant (Grade 10) – 1 Position
