   Job Description (JD):
   • Oversee procurement and inventory management operations.
   • Ensure compliance with public procurement laws and policies.
   • Prepare and maintain procurement records and reports.
   • Assist in supplier evaluations and contract management.
2. Counsellor
   JD:
   • Provide guidance and counseling services to students and staff.
   • Address mental health and emotional well-being concerns.
   • Organize and facilitate workshops on personal development and career planning.
3. Accountant
   JD:
   • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
   • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
   • Manage budgets, reconciliations, and audits.
4. Driving Instructor
   JD:
   • Train students on safe driving practices and road safety.
   • Prepare candidates for driving tests.
   • Ensure vehicles used for training are maintained in good condition.
5. Secretary
   JD:
   • Provide administrative and clerical support to departments.
   • Manage correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.

6. Customer Care Officer
   JD:
   • Address student and stakeholder inquiries and concerns.

7. Technicians (ICT)
   JD:

   • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.

   JD:
   • Support practical training sessions in fashion design and cosmetology.
   • Maintain and prepare workshop tools and materials.
