Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and off-boarding.
- Uphold and implement our HR policies, spearhead compliance initiatives, and manage legal activities.
- Ensure company compliance with employment laws and regulations, including proper record-keeping, documentation, and reporting.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the identification and hiring of top-quality candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Handle contract management, employee records, benefits administration, manage travel and expenses while ensuring operational excellence.
- Oversee all the administrative aspects of the office operations and offer support.
- Lead HR projects and oversee day-to-day operations, contributing to the smooth running of the organization.
- Implement performance management systems aimed at driving employee engagement, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- In collaboration with the Finance Manager, prepare monthly payroll ensuring staff changes (new hires, terminations, etc.) are accurately reflected.
- Train and provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
- Manage employee data and HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and data security.
- Any other HR and Administration role assigned by the management.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Professional HR Certification either CHRP or Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management is highly desirable.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in a mid-level HR position.
- Preferably in the professional service industry.
Additional Requirements
- IHRM membership and a valid practicing certificate are a plus.
