Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of Department- Clinical Health Sciences, the successful candidate will be responsible for overall coordination of the Higher Diploma in Nursing Programs and ensuring delivery of quality instruction. The successful candidate will also have responsibility for facilitating clinical teaching during student rotations in the hospitals.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be in possession of: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc.N) with a Post graduate Diploma or master’s degree in nursing (ICU/Theatre/ Nephrology/ Oncology/Midwifery) with a minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in specialised nursing practice and education, of which one (1) year must be in teaching. Possession of Pedagogy training will be a distinct advantage. Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya, with a valid practicing License.
In addition to the technical knowledge, the successful candidate will have demonstrable skills in people and stakeholder management, excellent organization and planning and understanding of quality standards and practices in a healthcare setting.

Job Description:

This being an inaugural class the successful candidates hould have understanding of the statutory requirements by both PPB and TVET on setting up the programme and must have project management skills to support the full delivery of the programme. The successful candidate will also have responsibility for facilitating clinical teaching during student rotations in the hospitals.
Qualifications:
Applicants must: be a registered Pharmacist or an Enrolled Pharmaceutical Technologist with higher national Diploma in Pharmacy with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant teaching experience. Possession of Pedagogy training will be a distinct advantage. Must registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board with a valid practicing License.
