Bayern Munich boss Thomas Tuchel did not take kindly to being asked a transfer question after the 3-1 win over Augsburg on Sunday.
Harry Kane struck twice on his home debut for the Bundesliga champions, making it three goals in two games for the England captain.
But while Tuchel will have been happy with the result, he was furious with a journalist who pressed him to discuss the current defensive midfield situation at the club.The former Chelsea manager had previously talked about Bayern being a little light in the area but was not happy when a reporter quizzed him on the need to bring in a new "holding six" before the transfer window slams shut.
"You pour oil on the fire where there is no fire. I see no problem," he said, according to The Mirror.
"We have three sixes and we have a long season ahead of us."
The journalist probed again though, bringing up Tuchel's pre-match comments about having to use midfielders from Bayern's second team in the event that no reinforcements arrive.Aleks Pavlovic is one youngster who has impressed Tuchel, who repeated his early point that Bayern "only have three midfielders at the moment."
The journalist wasn't letting up and attempted to follow up by asking "will that be discussed again?". It comes after Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay was sensationally linked with a loan move to the Bavarian giants.A swap deal with Netherlands midfielder Ryan Gravenberch, who has been linked with United and played under manager Erik ten Hag, has been discussed as per BILD.The 49-year-old further commented: "You're discussing all the time. I have no new information. I've said something about that several times."
McTominay, who has two years left on his contract and attracted interest from West Ham, has managed just seven minutes in United's first three games of the new season.
Gravenberch, meanwhile, has had nine minutes on the pitch in two matches and a loan swap involving the pair could be the ideal solution.
Champions Bayern have brought in Kane, Kim Min-jae and Israeli goalkeeper Daniel Peretz so far this summer.
