Manage and oversee the performance of asset finance sales teams to achieve set targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management frameworks. Monitor and report on asset finance portfolio performance, recommending improvements where necessary. Provide leadership and mentorship to the regional asset finance team, ensuring high engagement and productivity. 2. Credit Analysts – Asset Finance (Three Positions) Closing Date: 20th February 2025 Job Description: Assess and analyze asset finance credit applications to determine creditworthiness. Conduct thorough financial statement reviews and risk assessments. Provide recommendations on loan approvals, structuring, and risk mitigation measures. Monitor asset finance loan performance and provide early warning reports on potential risks. Ensure compliance with the bank’s credit policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with relationship managers and other stakeholders to enhance the credit assessment process. 3. Senior Backend Developer Closing Date: 21st February 2025   Job Description: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend systems for banking applications. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot backend issues. Develop and integrate APIs for seamless communication between banking platforms. Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and banking transactions. Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other teams to ensure efficient system operations. Keep up to date with emerging backend technologies and recommend improvements for existing systems. 4. Mid-Level Back-End Developer Closing Date: 21st February 2025 Job Description: Develop and maintain backend services, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Work on database management, server-side logic, and API integration. Assist in the identification and resolution of technical issues in backend systems. Collaborate with frontend developers to improve application functionality. Contribute to code reviews and ensure best coding practices are followed.
