Job Summary: The Data Clerk – USAID Imarisha Jamii OVC Project will support the monitoring & evaluation team in design, implementation and review of the project’s monitoring and evaluation interventions, collection of primary Data from the field and in putting into the reporting systems, addressing the M&E capacity gaps identified, track performance and inform programming. Duties and responsibilities Provide monitoring and evaluation capacity building, train CHVs and implementing level staff onindicators, data collection tools and processes, and reporting. Organize and/or participate in M&E related capacity building activities targeting serviceproviders. Contribute to monthly, quarterly & annual report compilation that enables information usage forprogram management decision making. Systematize data repository systems and ensure safe data storage (hard copy & electronic data) on central project databases on a monthly and quarterly basis. Conduct data validation processes and work closely with technical teams to identify problematicareas and make appropriate recommendations for continuous improvement. Assist CHVs in maintaining proper OVC filing system in the office that can ease retrieval of hardcopy documents. Maintain tracker for OVC reports from CHV Conduct data quality checks on reports submitted and liaise with Case Managers and CHVs totake appropriate actions. datacDownload
