As a Recruiter, I’ve seen my fair share of job descriptions.
And sometimes… the job posting tells you everything you need to know.

Here are a few phrases that I have noticed that make almost all job seekers hesitant to move forward.

- "Fast-paced environment”
- “Must be willing to wear many hats”
- “Other duties as assigned”
- "We’re like a family”
- “Unlimited earning potential”
- NO SALARY RANGE

The best job postings should spark curiosity while giving job seekers a clear understanding of the opportunity, not leave them wondering what they’re actually signing up for.
