Ashwaq Alsaieri has made history as the first Saudi and GCC woman to complete all seven Abbott World Marathon Majors — Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago, Sydney, and New York.

Growing up in a large family, her passion for running initially baffled her relatives, but their support became her driving force.

Crossing the New York City Marathon finish line last November, she celebrated not just personal achievement but a symbolic victory for Arab women in sports.

Now contracted with New Balance, Alsaieri aims to inspire women across the region, mentor young athletes, and continue pushing her limits, with the Olympics remaining a dream.
