The UAE has announced $10 million in urgent humanitarian assistance for Haiti as the country faces worsening violence, displacement and food insecurity.

The aid, provided through the Emirates Red Crescent Authority under President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed’s directives, will support essential food supplies, shelter, healthcare, medicines, clean water, sanitation and hygiene services. The programme will also assist internally displaced people and vulnerable communities.

The UAE will coordinate with international organisations, humanitarian partners and its missions to ensure aid reaches those most in need. The initiative reflects the UAE’s continued commitment to humanitarian relief and supporting communities affected by crises.
