I manage the entire project implementation process for clients on
behalf of the organization while looking at time and budget using
project management tools and experience.
ACHIEVEMENTS HIGHLIGHTS
Implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) tool. Led the
implementation of ITSM for the national carrier among other
organizations in the Insurance, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors of the
economy.
Provide leadership and expertise on all aspects of the project
implementation by employing dispute resolution and project
management skills in the projects assigned to me.

SMALLHOLDER IRRIGATION SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION.
2016 -2021
I oversaw the organization’s IT department overseeing a staff of twenty
technicians in running the organization’s IT plans and vision. I was also
in charge of policy development for IT governance for the organization.
ACHIEVEMENTS HIGHLIGHTS
The transition of the organization’s operations from a manual
tasked operation to digital operations. I created a vision for
digitizing operations for the company which included the introduction
of mobile Banking for recipients which cut down processing time and
paperwork.
Provide leadership and expertise I led a team of technicians to
deliver the Organization’s technology vision while making decisions on
what to prioritize and what the best approaches to achieve the visions
were.
