My professional experience includes logistics (custom clearance, freight, and business development), inventory management (material planning and warehousing), operation management, procurement, distribution, fleet management, finance, logistics business development, Sales and OPEX Budgeting, P&L, and project management.
Throughout my professional experience I used to manage last miles operations for 50,000 parcels/month, logistics operations for 10,000 TEUs / year, and 30 warehouses across Egypt with an average total capacity of 84,000 m3 and an average spare parts stock value of 5M USD, 6500 vehicle average stock per month, fleet of 90 trucks heavy, medium and light trucks, 170 staff members across Egypt, managing annual sales budget with 4.5M USD and monitoring OPEX budget with 2.8M USD.
