I am a contract and procurement officer at Stratum Owners Association, Dubai, where I manage the sourcing, negotiation, and delivery of various goods and services for the organization. I have over 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce, working in diverse markets such as Oman, India, and UAE.
Previously, I was a senior logistics executive at Assarain Concrete Products and Trading LLC, Oman, where I oversaw the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of concrete products across the country. I also handled the import and export documentation, customs clearance, and inventory management. I was responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of the logistics operations, as well as optimizing the costs and efficiency.
Before that, I was an account manager at eBay, India, where I managed the relationships with key sellers and buyers on the platform. I provided them with support, guidance, and solutions to grow their businesses and enhance their customer satisfaction. I also analyzed the sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve the performance of the accounts.
I started my career as an associate at Fidelity National Information Services in Mumbai, where I performed various tasks related to data entry, verification, reconciliation, and reporting. I also assisted the senior staff with research, analysis, and problem-solving.
I have a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and a master's degree in logistics and supply chain management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Oracle, and other software tools. I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
