Initiate purchase requisitions for maintenance spare parts and monitor spare inventory availability. Perform machine modifications and engineering improvements to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency. Conduct maintenance inspections of factory buildings, utilities and facilities. Support maintenance of generators, compressors, pumps and other utility systems. Prepare job cards, maintenance reports, equipment history records and maintenance documentation. Support Continuous Improvement (CI), Kaizen and PDCA initiatives aimed at reducing downtime and improving OEE. Maintain workshop tools, portable equipment and fabrication machines in safe working condition. Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations, GMP, FSMS, SHE requirements and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Participate in toolbox talks, shift handovers and safety meetings while maintaining excellent communication with production teams.
