About Me
I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and am a Licensed Psychometrician (RPm) and Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) in the Philippines. In a span of 2 years, I have managed HR and administrative operations, including end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, employee records, attendance and leave monitoring, payroll support, employee relations, and HR documentation. Moreover, I have also handled daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document control, scheduling, correspondence, report preparation, office coordination, and maintaining confidential records, while coordinating with employees, management, and different departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
