About Me
I am a community development specialist and Sustainable Ecological Agriculture practitioner by profession and passion. I have been working with organizations to stir up the contribution of agriculture sector to a safer environment through Sustainable Ecological Agriculture/Agroecological approaches. I have skills on project management and coordination, climate resilience, environmental conservation outreach and networking, resource mobilization agro-marketing and enterprise development, sustainable ecological agriculture practices and techniques, policy development, gender inclusion and team leadership.
I have been actively involved in propagating for sustainable food systems and community led development initiatives by working closely with resource limited smallholder farmers and marginalized communities to sustainably utilize locally available resources for livelihood improvement through sustainable ecological agriculture (S.E.A.)
I hold a strong believe in agroecology and role in food system. I hold strong communication, partnership and networking skills, excellent planning, resource mobilization and leadership skills and I am a strategic opportunist .I leverage my skills and support team in achievement community empowerment.
Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics. I have worked donor funded projects both locally and international and a trained resource mobilizer and fundraiser.
Am hardworking, self-motivated, disciplined to lead a team to achieve set goals and add value to the achievement of Organization/Companies mission and vision.
