I am a results-driven HR Professional with 3.8 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, HR Administration, Employee Onboarding, Payroll Administration, Employee Relations, and HR Documentation. I have hands-on experience managing the employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, preparing HR reports, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP), SAP SuccessFactors, HRMS, HRIS, ATS, ADP Payroll, and MIS Reporting. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in coordinating with employees, candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Currently based in Dubai, UAE, I am an immediate joiner and looking to contribute my HR and administrative expertise to a growth-oriented organization while building my career in the UAE.
