I am a motivated and responsible graduate with a Bachelor's degree in English Education. I have strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, and I am passionate about providing excellent customer service. Although I do not have direct experience in a call center role, I have developed valuable skills through my teaching experience and managing an online business, such as problem-solving, handling customer inquiries, and working under pressure.
