My experience handling customer inquiries, fraud cases, banking transactions, debt recovery, and sensitive client matters has strengthened my ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Lebanese University and am fluent in both Arabic and English.
