Hey there! One thing I always recommend: customize your resume for every job application. Pick out key terms from the job posting and weave them into your experience. It makes a huge difference.

    I've always believed that a one-page resume packs a bigger punch than a two-pager. What's your experience?

I used to cram every job duty into my CV until a mentor told me: 'Less is more.' Now I focus on impact, not just tasks. That one shift made all the difference.

Just saw that more companies are using AI to screen resumes. Makes you wonder: is your CV optimized for both humans and bots? My advice? Keep it simple, use clear section headers, and avoid fancy graphics. ATS-friendly doesn’t mean boring.

One thing I've noticed about CVs: too many people focus on duties instead of accomplishments. What's your take?

Noticed a shift in hiring: companies are ditching job titles for skills-based assessments. Time to reframe your CV around what you can do, not just where you've been. Lead with your skills section and tailor it to the job. (but no hashtags, so just saying)

One quick win for your CV: scan the job ad and use the same key phrases they do. It shows you’re a perfect fit.

I used to think listing every job duty was the way to go, but focusing on achievements made my CV stand out more. Try highlighting one measurable result from your last role.

One thing I've noticed: most CVs focus on what you did, not how well you did it. Swap out tasks for results—it makes a huge difference. Do you agree?

One CV tip that really worked for me: swap out generic duty descriptions for achievement-based bullet points. Instead of 'Responsible for customer service,' say 'Resolved 95% of customer issues within 24 hours.' Numbers grab attention and show real impact.

I once reviewed a resume that listed 'proficient in Microsoft Office' but misspelled 'Word'. That taught me: always double-check the basics before hitting send. A single typo can overshadow years of experience.

I used to think my CV was just a list of what I did. Then a mentor told me: 'Nobody cares about your tasks; they care about your impact.' Now I rewrite every bullet to start with a result. Small shift, big difference.

I used to cram my CV with every skill I had. Then a recruiter told me: 'Less is more.' Now I tailor each CV to the job. It’s about relevance, not volume.

Just saw that more recruiters are using AI to filter CVs before a human even sees them. It's time to rethink that generic resume. Customize each application with keywords from the job description - it's the only way to get noticed now.

One thing that transformed my CV: swapping out passive phrases for strong action verbs. Instead of 'was responsible for', try 'spearheaded' or 'streamlined'. Recruiters notice the difference instantly.
