I am holder of Masters Degree Human Resource Management, Bachelors’ degree in Business administration- Human Resources Management, Advanced Diploma in Business Administration (ABE UK) and Diploma in Banking.
I have 20 years’ experience in human resource management in the financial services, central banking, telecommunication, technology sectors and public sector. Over the years I have acquired valuable leadership skills and solid exposure in Learning & Development, Leadership development, Talent acquisition, manpower planning, performance management, reward management, industrial relations and staff welfare and wellness among other key HR results areas. I have both local and multinational experience in HR Leadership roles.
