Handling customer inquries & complains in a professional and timely manner.
Monthly reconciliation of Bank statements, Mpesa statements and cash at hand.
Receiving and banking cash and cheques received from shareholders.
Auditing of documents both external and internal documents.
Verification of customer signature and documents, before and after processing of claims and
ensuring all documents are correctly filed, digitized and archived.
Management of investor returns which include monthly share register reports to Capital Markets
Authority (CMA), Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE), and listed companies to ensure compliance with
regulators and issuers.
Dividend files management (RTGS, EFT, HFC, Print files) after dividend computation. This entails
ensuring the various files are accurately prepared and processed as per the details provided by
shareholders
In charge of Annual General Meetings (AGM’s) and Events Management for clients
Responding to emails, Letters and monitor to ensure queries are responded to customers and
companies within the SLA (48hrs).
Project team Lead for the Unclaimed Financial Asset (UFFA) Project, and unclaimed dividends
management.
Fraud detection and thwarting during verification incase of any suspicions.
