I am writing to express my interest in exploring suitable opportunities in Senior-level Procurement roles.
I bring with me around 23 years of diverse experience in the cement industry, including
10 years in Plant maintenance & planning (2002-2012) &
13 years in Operational procurement & Strategic Sourcing (2012-2025)
Most recently, I served as Regional Procurement Head-East & Central Cluster for ACC Limited & Ambuja Cement, where I led procurement operations for 12 cement plants (4 Integrated Units + 8 Grinding Units) across India. I was responsible for managing an annual procurement spend of approximately INR 2500 Crores (~USD 300 Million), covering key categories, strategic sourcing, vendor development, cost optimization initiatives, & close cross-functional collaboration with both manufacturing & corporate functions.
I was also associated with ACC Limited during its tenure under the Lafarge-Holcim Group from 2006 to 2022.
Having recently moved on from my role at ACC & Ambuja Cement, I am now looking to take a new & more challenging leadership responsibilities in India or abroad (Gulf countries / Africa / Europe / Asia / Canada) where I can utilize my techno-commercial expertise & proven procurement leadership experience to drive strategic & operational value.
