Hi, I'm Yash Arya, a logistics professional with over 2 years of experience in logistics operations, reverse logistics, customer service, and inventory management.
Currently working as a Team Leader – Logistics at Saadaa Sustainable Designs & Technologies, I manage end-to-end product returns, coordinate with vendors and carriers, handle non-delivery reports (NDRs), and ensure inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
I’ve previously worked in Dubai’s real estate market and in customer care at Teleperformance India handling SBI Cards, where I honed my client interaction and problem-solving skills.
