I have one year of retail experience at Bhatbhateni Supermarket in the Grocery Department, where I assisted customers, maintained product displays, replenished shelves, supported stock management, checked product availability and expiry dates, and followed FIFO/FEFO stock rotation practices. This experience helped me develop a practical understanding of retail operations and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
During my internship at Nepal Bank Limited, I gained practical experience in customer service, account services, customer inquiries, documentation, and digital data entry. This strengthened my communication, active listening, customer management, and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
I also have IT and networking experience from Rangeli Municipality, where I supported computer lab setup, troubleshooting, router and switch configuration, Ethernet/CAT cable installation, and Microsoft Excel data entry.
