I bring over four years of hands-on experience in information and communication technology and am currently serving as an IT consultant at
ILRI. My background includes roles as an IT Support Specialist and IT Assistant, IT Administrator where I gained expertise in hardware maintenance, network
administration, system configuration, Providing specialized technical support to users of Windows, MAC, and non-core applications, Managing Active Directory and Azure AD, ensuring efficient user management and access control, Handling Office 365 administration tasks for the smooth operation of productivity tools and Coordinating deployment of new or upgraded images, software, and hardware across multiple clients.
